Dennis Dirks, authorized Premier Portable Building dealer, stands in front one of the demonstration buildings at the business location off Highway 63 south. This building is called a “side utility.”
The interiors of Premier Portable Buildings can be customized with work benches, storage shelves and even a loft. Window sizes and locations also can be custom-ordered.

Someone told Dennis Dirks, authorized Premier Portable Building dealer with a location on Highway 63 on the south end of Hayward, that he should put up a sign that says, “More than just sheds!”
The suggestion was made because as drivers pass the small buildings on display just south of Electric Avenue (between 16076W and 16092W Highway 63) they might just be thinking “sheds.” But in reality the structures built by Premier in Almena, just east of Turtle Lake in Barron County, can be used for more than just a place to park the riding lawn mower or to store the gardening tools or plastic containers over winter.
